Research, Teaching, and Storytelling
As a recipient of the Fulbright Distinguished Award in Teaching Research (2026 cycle, US-UK), I am currently conducting research centered around innovative EAL & multilingual practices employed in the UK and will use my findings to develop educational tools. Back home in the States, I teach second grade near Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to entering the field of education, I acted as a project engineer.
Now that my own children have grown, I am able to focus on two other great personal interests: storytelling and travel! I have decided to share snippets of both with you here. I encourage everyone to pursue your interests and continue educating yourself, even at "non-traditional" ages!
